Fisher:
Welcome to 2024! This is The Tailor-Made Cup!
Hazel:
Hiya! There’s going to be quite a lot of surprises this year to go alongside our theme. Starting off with this track being a custom design by a fan!
Fisher:
That’s right! For our first official RX race, this will be taking place on NRX of Calgary from Rallyman Nitro RX v1.0 by weeredcoo.
Hazel:
Furthermore, as a RX race, that means there will be three laps and each racer MUST take the Joker detour for any one of those laps.
Fisher:
Exciting! We have a matchup of two RX cars and two ICE PROs since this IS Calgary…
Commissioner C:
Aren’t you forgetting something?
Hazel:
Oh! We got new uniforms! And haircuts!
Fisher:
And to make sure all the new rules are enforced, Commissioner C is in the booth with us.
Commissioner C:
Okay, let’s get started!

EVENT RULES
- APEX PROFESSIONALS: Pro Rules are active for this event. This includes Overrev and Overspeed maneuvers.
- AS ALL THINGS SHOULD BE: This is a mixed-spec race. Racers use the stats for GT-4, GT-5 BOP, and GT-6 BOP.
- BURY THE NEEDLE: Flying Starts are authorized and Official Redline rules are in play, allowing racers to use Brake dice as Coast when in highest gear.
- COLD DAY IN HAIL: This is an ice racing track. It’s a head-to-head race, with no chances for weather to change.
- GUMBALL MACHINE: Racers were determined by random pulls, and are using their listed Racer Roster specs.
- HEATED WHEELS: All racers go FLAT OUT each turn but gain no Focus. Course trajectory is laid out after the roll is made, and caution results are still observed.
- JUNK YARD: Loss of Control results create Oil and Debris tokens on the track.
- LIVE ACTION: Event happens in real-time, no turn-based activity.
- NECESSARY ROUGHNESS: This event is full-contact. Shunting, T-Boning, Pushing, and Pushing Through are allowed.
- NON-ALCOHOLIC: This race is for fun and not meant to be too serious. Rules judgment and enforcement is relaxed accordingly.
- OFF TRACK: We’re using DIRT rules (and damage tokens) instead of GT and Staged Racing priority.
- ON TOUR: We’re using GT rules (and damage tokens) instead of DIRT and Circuit Racing priority.
- SEASONED FRIES: This event is worth Season Points, based on placement at the end of the race.
- SMOOTH AS SILK: Racers are using Soft Tires for this event and must track wear.
- SPACE COWBOYS: This event has a mandatory Joker Lap.
- STEP LADDER: This is a Hill Climb event. The same stage is run three times, only the best time applies.
STARTING POSITIONS
- Flip Dover, a Next-Gen 2017 Race Car SB-9 (#FBG98, RX)
- Marley Law in the orange 2019 Chevrolet ZR1 Corvette (#0232, RX)
- Thalia ’Midnight Rides’ Silva in the beluga black 1990 Land Rover Defender 110 (#0383, Ice Pro)
- Dominic Toretto in the black 2020 Dodge Charger Hellcat (JADA, Ice Pro)

HAYFORD HEIGHTS – NRX of Calgary (Rallycross)
Round 1

Hazel:
And we’re off and already at an interesting start! That bridge jump will send anyone taking it full speed right into a chicane!
Fisher:
Flip Dover — which is a great name for someone on a rough and tumble track like this — is being uncharacteristically cautious and staying to the bridge.
Hazel:
So is Marley Law though, and that bridge isn’t big enough for the two of them. It looks like they are trading paint already!
Fisher:
Also sorry some is Dominic Toretto hanging back in a higher gear.
Hazel:
Unlike a typical “Dirt” event, Highest Gear goes first so he will get to go, but the path ahead is awfullly choked up.
Fisher:
Like how Dom gets choked up about family?
Round 2

Hazel:
We’re back from our commercial break and the track is heating up!
Fisher:
Dom considers taking a flying jump over the competition, but stops short… Probably because he realized that would be three pulls from the damage back and there’s no pit stop for repairs in RX…
Hazel:
Flip Dover and Marley Law go their seperate ways, with Marley opting to get that Joker lap out of the way early.
Fisher:
Midnight Rides is one of our Ice Pros today and puts this experience to the test, snaking in front of Flip Dover to start sliding through that snowy turn!

Round 17
Fisher:
Midnight Rides has two options at this point: forfit or fight for it… and considering this is RX…

Hazel:
Because Marley Law was blocking, Midnight Rides can keep pushing, and pushing they did. That’s a LOT of damage for both sides though… Will either be able to limp over the line still?
Fisher:
Well, see, there’s still one more thing to consider. Toretto is in this too, and since now there are two cars in his way blocking!
Hazel:
His only option is to Push Through!

Fisher:
Marley Law doesn’t take any more damage, however as it turns out they cannot anyway.
Commissioner C:
As Marley Law cannot roll any movement dice on their turn, they DNF by force.
